SEP 11 Centralized Exception Prefix Variables for the logged in User

    Hi Everyone,

I've logged a case for this query, but thought I'd raise the question here as well. I need to set a Centralized Exclusion for a location in the user's temp folder. If I talk "Windows" this would be the following path based on the environment variable:

    %temp%\Folder

From what I can see so far, the only "Prefix Variables" available to me deal with the system level and common or "All Users" level environments. I can't see how to set an exception for the logged in user environment.

    Is this available?

Can I use "%temp%\Folder" in my exceptions? (so far my own answer after testing this is No)

Is my next action to click on the "Ideas" link and log a feature request to the developers?

    Cheers

    Matt

    Hi.

With no replies in over a month, I think you'll have to create an idea.

I have a similar problem with x64 machines.

On Win32 platform you have a variable for %ProgramFiles%, but ...

On Win64 platform you have %ProgramFiles% and %ProgramFiles_x86%.

If you use %ProgramFiles% as the prefix, how is that interpreted on 64bit machines?
