    Hello, I have an issue with one VPN app on my Win7, my Symantec endpoint protection 12 causes some issues with using VPN, firewall keeps blocking the VPN traffic, sometimes it allows packets to go through, although I cannot find a pattern and cannot find anything suspicious in the logs, simple test with pinging one server just after connecting to any VPN nodes, I get no reponse.. I verified that it's not an issue of my ISP, but most probably symantec firewall.. Any advice please, what to check in SEP settings ? Thank you

    Exact version of SEP 12.1 you're running is?

    You may not have full logging enabled. Use the testing steps outlined here:
