  • 1.  SEP 12.1.4 support for windows server 2012 and exchange 2013

    Hi,

    I am planning to install SEP 12.1.4 in unmanaged mode on windows server 2012 OS and on server running exchange server 2013.

    Does SEP 12.1.4 support exchange 2013 and WIN Server 2012 ? Does it have any implications if we install it on server running exchange 2013 application

    ( i mean any port blocking,mail server setting blocking) ....

    Yes, 12.1.4 supports Server 2012 as well as Exchange 2013. What components will you be using? Auto exclusions should be added for Exchange but you may want to test the firewall to ensure ports are not getting blocked.

    for exchange setup we have 6 servers . 2 domain controllers ,2 mailbox servers and 2 CAS servers .

    Can i go ahead and install SEP 12.1.4 on all the servers ?

    Auto exclusions should be added for Exchange means ? do you have any document for that ?
