  • 1.  SEP 12.1.5 for Server 2012 R2 Standard-Bluescreen

    I did try to install SEPM 12.1.5 into a new HP Server Proliant D360e with Windows Server 2012R2 Standard 64bit. While installation and configuration everything is running well until I reboot the server, it will become a blue screen and cause the server unable to bootup. I have to use HP Intelligent provisioning CD to restore the server only able to bootup. Is that any reason the SEPM cause the server blue screen?

    You will collect the Full Memory Dump files and create a Case symantec Support Team.

    You will need to open a support case and provide advanced logs along with a full dump.

    Support can assist with this.
