Endpoint Protection Cloud

So I have been searching the internet for days with someone in a similar scenario or any sort of solution that would be helpful but all the information im finding seems kind of dated. 

Currently we are on on prem SEP 12.1.6 (SEPM shows 12.1 build 7004 (12.1.7004.6500)). Earlier last year we acquired another company that has an existing license for symantec.cloud.

Essentially, we are trying to do away with our on-prem, and have all clients moved over to the cloud account. This will apply to roughly 300 Windows 7 clients. 

I was hoping someone could recommend the most practical solution to make this migration work with minimal end user interaction. 

There is a migration tool to get from SEP SBE to SEP cloud. I don't believe there is anything to get from SEP Enterprise to SEP cloud though so it would be a rip and replace essentially.

Not what I was hoping to hear, but I appreciate your response.
