    Is SEP 14 coming out today ?? I was at a user group meeting a few weeks ago and Symantec said it was going to ??

    Hi everyone

    My FileConnect still points to 12.1 MP6. I have valid licence(s), renewed week or so ago.
    Is v14 availability rolled out in phases or I should contact someone regarding this?

    Existing SEP 12.1 serial number will not show SEP 14.0 version in the downoad list. Symantec has sent an upgrade notification including the new serial number. Check registered email id, email has sent from this id: license@symantec.com 

    or else directly contact symantec license team & get the new serial number.
