  • 1.  SEP 14 Out of date definitions

    Hi all, I've searched and cannot find an official Symantec article on basic steps to troubleshoot out of date definitions on SEP clients version 14.X. Has anyone come across this yet and if so please can you provide a link?

    Download and run the SymDiag tool on an affected client to see what it shows. If content is corrupt, it will give a "Fix" option.

    You can also try installing the Intelligent Updater file on the affected client:

    I had found a number of articles but hadn't found too many specifically for version 14 MP2
