  • 1.  SEP 15 - won't accept extra subscription Licences

    We get the error "You have already requested for license activation" when I try to add a Subscription Serial number to SEP 15 (Product Activation Area).

    I was able to earlier successfully activate another subscripotion serial number and deploy SEP client to local machines.

    But I need to use the extra licenses we purchased to add more machines to our SEP 15 Domain.

    Is there any suggestion as to who can help??

    It currently is not possible to activate more than one SEP 15 license directly in the cloud portal. A fix is being worked on, but I don't currently have an ETA.  We're working with CRT to develop a process to assist customers caught in this scenario.

    Currently you need to contact Customer Service and have your License files combined. Then open a case to have the license added for you.

    It is not working. I am trying to add my majority license of 200 to a small lot of 10. I cannot fo it. I may just open another case.
