    1. Is this on all the machines or just on 1 machine ?
    2. Are all the defs outdated or just one ex PTP ?
    3. What is the version of Client which is not updated with Def's ?
    4. Do you see it is connected with SEPM with a green symbol on it ?
    5. Are definitions updated on SEP client which is on SEPM server ?
    6. Try artcile shared by Rafeeq or else repair this SEP client to check if it downloads definitions ?
