    Hi All,

    My NAS server is running slow and I notice that there is this event logged by SEP:

    Why is that happening and causing the Workstation clients to lose the mapped network drive in all of my company to this NAS VM ?

    What is the exact SEP version here? The latest is 12.1.6 MP3, have you tried that? Also, what components are in use? Have you tried with only AV?

    DId something change or did this just start?

    It is version 11.0.6

    I'll try to update to 12.1.6 but don't get the chance to reboot this important production server, hopefully the problem dissapears.

    SEP 11.x has been end of life for over a year. I doubt you'll even get support on it. Surely, you have maintenance window to work within?

    OK, I have now update it to the latest edition, but somehow it is still crashing:

    WHy is that even after installing the latest edition, when there is Windows Update installation at the background it failed ?
