  • 1.  SEP Client Installation failed in Windows 10 on VM

    Hi All.

    We are unable to install the SEP client in Windows 10 on VM. as mention below screen shot, we have disable the "Windows Definder & Firewall settings" still same error message as attached.

    Kindly support us.

    What is the exact version of SEP you're trying to install? Is it SEP 14MP2?

    Export and run the msi installer file instead of using the exe file. Make sure the version is 12.1.6 MP5 or higher.
