We have mistakenly purchased SEP Cloud Device for our company where we need SEP Cloud Server. Is there any way we can migrate to that service? My reseller is saying this can not be done. What can we do now? Looking for a solution. Thanks in advance.
There is no server, just agents that contact the Symantec cloud in order to be managed.

Your distributors should be able to refund and replace your licenses for server licenses.
