Endpoint Protection

Hello
im trying to install the SEP 11 mr4 console to another server(the current server that houses the sep console is being retired) but when it gets about 95% through the install, the install rolls back. I searched for a sepm log but could locate one.
Where would this log be located and has anyone seen this before.

go to start - run
type
%temp%
look for sepm_inst.log file
look for return value 3 inside it
paste 15 lines above and below of it.

most of the time issues like these get resolved by installing liveudpate first and then run setup.exe
open cd1
run lusetup.exe
then run setup.exe
if it fails post the log file here
 
if its rolling back at configuring iis, check this

 It is rolling back at configuring iis, will try the article and will also upload the sepm log.
