  • 1.  SEP Console System Registration

    I've recently sent an end user a link to download SEP for Small Business and while she says she has installed it I am not seeing it in our SEP console.

    Does she have to run a scan first or take some other action for it to register in the console? Or is there a lag time between installation and registration within the console?

    I believe the client needs to be rebooted after the install. I had this with a few and once the reboot took place it showed up.
