  • 1.  SEP is not listed in installed Programs

    Hi, Can anyone please help me to fix the below issue.

    I have installed symantec endpoint Protection client in my system. Now i have got new version to upgrade. I need to uninstall the installed old version and install the new. But i am not able to see the SEP in the program list to remove it. Please help.

    Call support get cleanwipe tool, run the tool, reboot the system , install the latest version

    You could also Create a case with with Symantec Technical Support Team. Check this Article below:
