PTP is not supported on the Server. also post the sylink logs from the client machine.

    Hello,

TruScan/Proactive Threat Protection can be installed and run on all 32-bit non-server operating systems such as Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 (x86) and 64-bit Windows XP/Vista/7

However, In your case, I would recommend you to Simply uninstall ONLY the PROACTIVE THREAT PROTECTION feature only from the Add/ Remove Programs and REINSTALL it again.

Also, check if the Proactive Threat Protection Policy is enabled from the SEPM?

I've noticed that Proactive Threat Protection shows as disabled on client workstations until definitions are updated a day or two after installation. I'm not sure why but it seems it has something to do with PTP defs aren't updated as often and no defs are downloaded until the latest AV defs come out that hat PTP defs associated with them.

    Hi,

You are pushing client package through console & it says installation is done successful - It means SEP package is successfully copied on destination host. It may happen that SEP client is failed to install due to some reason.

So I would suggest try to deploy through migration and deployment wizard as well.

Even after that if it failing then manually run setup on workstation & observe the installation.

Check this thread as well if it matches with you.
