Endpoint Protection

Has anyone seen that when creating reports they always come with one hour difference?
How do I fix this? Thanks a lot.

This problem was fixed in Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 Maintenance Release 4 (MR4).


Event times in scheduled and alert based reports are an hour later than correct times.
Fix ID: 1299108
Symptom: Reports are an hour later than correct times.
Solution: Added a condition to determine whether the system is using daylight saving time to decide how to compute the local time.

Pleas upgrade to SEP MR4. If you want to upgrade to MR4MP2 then you have to first upgrade  to MR4 from MR3 and then MR4MP2  from MR4

MR3 ---> MR4
MR4---->MR4MP2

I am having this exact same problem now.  My emailed report of a virus outbreak says it happened at 9:00, but the email sent at 10:00.  When I go to the notifications on the SEPM, it correctly reports the even occured at 10:00.

** Edit : I ran windows updates on the server.  Dotnet Service Pack 2 seems to have fixed the problem.  **
