SEP SBE cloud - Serivice not active and mrore

    Hi all,

    I have a pc installed with SEP SBE Cloud but the client reports back "No service"

    I've tried to activate it from the management interface without luck. Now i've tried to uninstall the client in order to reinstall, but is prompted for a password. Im pretty sure, that I have not set a password for uninstalling the clients.

    Where do I get that password.

    Furthermore, I've encountered some problems installing the client where im stuck with "Validating Package" and end up with an error message. How do I solve that issue ??

    Do you know if the client shows as connected in the GUI?
