Trying to get a sense of what people charge customers on a per computer basis for the cloud managed deployment this product. Not the initial license but more for the ongoing monitoring sort of managed services style.b Thinking of offering this as a service to home users and would like to generate recurring revenue without going to the full business level pricing. I realize geography and markets are a factor but any input is welcome. thank you.

90% of my SEP.cloud clients are enrolled with my RMM software - either as SMBs or home users.  So I include the "maintenance" of the cloud product in that.  For the rest, I charge my normal hourly rate to take care of any issues that arise.  However, if there is a problem that is caused because of something Symantec has done in terms of the software (for example the stupidity in the last version update), I'll eat the cost (until I find an alternative product).

Thanks for the reply.  Sadly the Symantec Connect notification service isn't working for me on many of my threads of late, so I often don't realize I had a reply.

Argh, and I forgot why it was I asked for where you are located, and more fun yet, this Reply screen only shows the direct post I am replying to, so I have no context.  Sigh, technology.
