    If a customer has SEP SBE cloud agent installed , can DLP and encryption be used?

    Are you talkign about email encryption?  Whole Disk Encryption?  Removable Storage Encryption?  

    If it is email encryption then yes it will work as things will flow through Network Prevent for Email and Email Encryption.

    Would have to investigate the other

    Whole disk encryption....not email.

    Whole disk encryption is not really a DLP use case. Whole Disk encyrption protects against a "snatch and grab" use case if you lose the asset say in a coffe shop. DLP is looking for contexual use of encryption. Both agents can be instaled on the same system without issue; in this case DLP doesnt know and doesnt care about SBE encryption as it is transparent. DLP would only care for non transparent crypto.
