Did not receive an emailed version of this (why, I don't know), but saw it today on the PMC. Figured I'd share it with everyone else.
Hotfix for agents installed on Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1
On March 1st, 2017 we will release an update to address a rare “Bug Check” or “Blue Screen” that can occur with the Microsoft driver “MUP.sys” on a certain build of Windows. This release will only affect Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1 x64 with SEP SBE agents on version 22.8.0.50. The update will be automatically applied during a definitions update and will prompt the user for a reboot.
Note: Until our next agent release, fresh installs on this operating system will not come with the patch. Update definitions to obtain the patch, and then reboot the machine.
