Endpoint Protection

We are facing issue that when we upgraded clent to MR4 duplicates entries got created in add/remove program.after that whenever we upgrade to new version new entry got created in Add/remove and each taking space.pls suggest for remote uninstallation of duplicates entries.

This is in the "add/remove" programs. Simply check the keys for SEP 11, and locate the uninstall string key which will be on the right hand side.Mine was something like this

MsiExec.exe /i {C1B0BDC8-0624-4036-90D1-F7DF0EE8C96D}
Note:Script would not run if its password protected

Copy the string to a notepad name it script. bat add few switch to run it silent and no reboot, modified string would be 

MsiExec.exe /norestart /q/x{C1B0BDC8-0624-4036-90D1-F7DF0EE8C96D} REMOVE=ALL,

Are you getting SEP client msi package entry along with SEP in add/remove programs ?

If yes try to run msi cleanup utility.

Recently we integrated SEPM with AD.there are lots of group in AD. how will we avoid any new OU creation for assingning perticular  policy only for perticular group.
