    Hi,

Please confirm that the clients are communicating with the SEPM. Also, you can reboot a couple of machines in the network and see if they get upgraded.

Because it has been seen in upgrade to RU5 that a reboot kickstarts the process.

    Best,
    Aniket

In addition to Aniket Amdekar suggestion you may also verify the upgradation settings.(The upgradation time you specified may not be completed by default it is 3 days, That timing may not be sufficient for downloading the package etc...)

Seeting schedule seems to be bug.

can you check if you receive any of these event ids.

Symantec Auto-Upgrade Agent service fails to start
    Fix ID
    : 1167997

Symptom: Error Message(s): Service Control Manager popup error: "At least one service or driver failed during system startup"
Error Event ID 7000 in the Windows system event log.
    Source: Service Control Manager.
Description: The Symantec Auto-upgrade Agent service failed to start due to the following error: "The system cannot find the file specified."
Solution: No longer setting the smcinst.exe service to Automatic when the service is already installed

if you have any schedule in autoupgrade disable it and assign the package it should work fine.

All clients have green circle on theit icon, that i thing they are communicating with server (date and time in last check-in is actualy). But  I am affraid, that the situation after restart all computer is the same as before restart.
I have one question - what is right value for : "Upgrade Schedule" and "Distribute upgrades oves ... days" in definicion install package.

    Thanks, Tomas

    Hi,

I have not Event ID 7000 in event log. I dont use scedule, I have only set "Distribute upgrades over 2 days" . But result is the same as I set 0 or 365 days...
