Endpoint Protection

I don't have many High Sierra machines so I haven't noticed.  I was checking my Symantec management server and I don't see the High Sierra machines there, but they do have SEP installed and that can pull updates.

High Sierra doesn't work with ver 14.0.2349.0100 in terms of connecting to SEPM?

(I've tried Chrome and Internet Explorer.... If I choose Endpoint Management and then try to use the next dropdown box, nothing shows up in the dropdown box.  I can't use it.  So I'm posting anywhere I guess....)

And eventually when we upgrade SEPM, would a High Sierra machine automatically connect back and reappear in SEPM even on the older version listed here?

Need to be on SEP 14 RU1 or higher, per the Mac OS X compatability matrix released by Symantec:

Was the install a managed install? Mac client might be getting updates from internet not from SEPM

I think so.  It's the installer for Macs created from SEPM after SEPM was upgraded.

Here's the installer we used on SEPM.

Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_14.0.0.MP1_SEPM_EN

That's not a supported version on high sierra

You will need to be on SEP 14 RU1 or SEP 14 RU1 MP1 for 10.13 High Sierra.
