  • 1.  SEP11 and DoubleTake

    I know that with older versions there was some issues when having both of these products installed... I just wanted to know what version of Doubletake do we need to be on to be compatiable with SEP11.  Also if there are any known issues that would be great info too.

    I am not finding anything in the read-me or our Database regarding Doubletake and SEP compatibility. I would make sure to use the latest build (RU5) when testing with this application

    Adding to what Cycle Tech has written , if required we can make necessary exception for Double Take if there are any compatiblity issues

    I think the problem he is referring to is the issue of high CPU usage and slow scans when attempting to scan the Double Take queue. Below is one link that documented the issue:

    However excluding the double take folder completely took care of this problem. As far as I know this is the only known conflict between the two softwares. If you have any more questions or would like me to explain something in more detail from the article above please feel free to write back.
