I recently ordered the new Partner Management Console through distribution so I can unify and manage my SEPC and SEP SBE customers in one place. Unwittingly, I provided a different email address I think, or I provided the correct one and someone messed up. No idea at this point.
When I got access to log into my new PMC, there are no customers. That was expected (I think, though in retrospect, had I or order management provided the proper email address I use to manager SEP SBE customers, probably they'd be listed). In any case, I went about manually importing each SEPC customer, all went well. This process invovled obtaining a unique customer ID from within each customer's SEPC console.
I see no way to accomplish this from within each SEP SBE customer's session thoguh. All of my SEP SBE customes are Partner-Managed if that facots here.
