  • 1.  SEPM 12.1 ru1 unable to connect database

    hello,

     

    We are facing serious issue in SEPM 12.1 ru1. When we try to connect console we are getting "Unable to connect database" message  and log file size grows upto 500 GB. There after all clients showing offline even we restarted services.

     

    Appreciate all help,

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) database transaction log (sem5.log) consumes excessive hard drive space in SEP SBE 12.1 RU1
