I have SEPM A12.1.6  (10,000 clients) with SQL 2012 on same box say XX.

For testing and learning, I was installing a new SEPM 12.1.6 with SQL 2012 on another box say YY and restored the sql db sem5 of SEPM A to this box YY. Now during installation wizard I selected additional manager but did a mistake at next db selection screen. That is  "forgot not edit db server name" that is why SEPM B connected to SQL DB of SEPM A. Now my SEPM A on XX box have 2 servers in site under admin-->>Server tab.

Now the problem is if do right click on SEPM A in Site left pane, the selection automatically comes to SEPM B, also I am unable to delete SEPM B in Site.

Sylink.xml on clients having two server name SEPM A and SEPM B but certificate string is same. Please help how to restore the settings in SEPM A.

Did you restore from backup?

Yes, I restored backup of SEPM A (sql backup .bak file) XX box to SEPM B YY box.
