  • 1.  SEPM client package cannot install on win 10

    Dear All,

    My SEPM is running 12.1.6 RU6 MP3 build 6608 (12.1.6608.6300) on Win 2012R2.

    I cannot install the client package on win 10.  It said not support this OS.

    What version of Windows 10 is it? If Anniversary or Creators update than you need a higher version of SEP. Go thru these articles:

    My Win 10 1703 15063.0.

     

    How can i get SEPM 14 client install package??

    I only have 12.1.6 license, can i get download 14 unmanage client package?

    You should've received an upgrade email notification (or whoever is the contact on your account) with all the relevant info. Contact support if you did not.
