    Good afternoon everyone,

I trying since several day to remotely set up (Push), a silent install for an EndPoint Protection on a Mac computer.

Installation seems to complete correctly, but I can't find the client in SEPM.

filter are correctly set up to "Show Windows" and Show Mac".

    Please advise.

On the client, is it showing as connected to the SEPM?

    Good morning Brian,

I have just check it and it seems that it still not working, even if the remote set up was complete successfully accordingly to SEPM manager message for the push.

    Please advise

Did you try running an actual search or just looking through the various groups? What is the exact SEPM version?

Yes, I have search for IP, system and user; SEPM did not find anything.

    OUR SEPM version is : 12.1 RU6 MP4

    Environment : Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

I guess what I'm asking is has it been verified from the client end that it does show connected to the SEPM? I'm not clear on this piece of it:

Connected appears under Management on the Symantec QuickMenu.

    Good morning Brian

I'm not able to start the program, and to see if it is already running

Is it throwing an error? Sounds like there may be an issue.
