  • 1.  SEPM has no space to backup

    my sepm is installed inC driver,but now ,it is no space ,i can'tbackup

    how can i backup now ? who can help me ?

    我的SEPM没有足够空间了，C盘只有2G空间…… 黔驴技穷啊！
    我该如何是好？已经把备份条目改为1了，还是不够！为什么SEPM不能改变备份路径呢，E盘有很大的空间。

    哪位高手指点一下啊，小弟感激涕淋……  谢谢！

    你可以运行Windows开始菜单下SEPM目录下的’管理服务器配置向导‘，选择’重新配置管理服务器‘，在下一步之后的第一个页面，将’服务器数据文件夹‘从默认的’C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data‘修改为你自己想要的目录，比如说E盘的某个目录。这样的话，下次做备份的时候，就会备份到E盘目录下了。

    Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Liveupdate\Downloads  Remove all the content of the downloads folder

    Also go to ’C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\backup and delete all previous backup taken

    但我这次就要做备份，而且这样做会不会丢失现有的数据啊？毕竟现在有策略和客户端。

    i deleted the previous files , but The C driver is very small , the SEPM back is more than 4G . it is too big to backup.

    please help me ,i have no idea . how can i reinstall sepm ?in that case ,i can install it in E:\ .  but i can't backup now .
