    i follow this steps

    http://www.symantec.com/connect/articles/downloading-itms-71-symantec-management-console-ui-add-ons

Now we have some other issue...if the log is genereted.we open the Excel file. Its show ip address,pc name, what risk is effected...and we also configure in SEPM,there is one External logging server tat is any risk log file are generated, its go to the sym.but in Sym(system operation security),te pc name and risk are same but the ip adress is different.

    And one more thing..

    Configure the email server

Configure SEP Manager to connect to the email server:

    1. In the SEP Manager console, click Admin.
    2. Click the Server panel.
    3. Select the Management Server for which you wish to configure the e-mail server.  Go to Edit Server Properties..
    4. In the Server Properties dialog box, click the Mail Server tab.( For SEP 12.1 choose Email Server )
    5. Enter the Server Address, which would be the IP address, host name, or domain name of the email server.
    6. Enter the Port Number for the email server that will send the notifications.
    7. Enter the User name of the account on the email server. If you want to configure administrator email notifications, you should use the format user@domain in this text box. If the text box is left blank, SYSTEM@computer name sends the notifications.
    8. Enter a Password of the account on the email server. This field is mandatory if the email server requires authentication.

but test mail is sent..but it not showing the mail box

Have you enter Server IP details in Exchange SMTP ?

have you allow port 25 ?
