Endpoint Protection

Hi

When SEPM(version 11.0.5002.333) is trying to get new updates automatic via Symantec Update servers.

I get following error:

• LUALL.EXE finished.  There were no new content updates. Return code = 1

I now there are new definitions, but they are not downloaded?

I have tried:

"C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin\LuCatalog.exe" -cleanup

"C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin\LuCatalog.exe" -update

But it didnt help?

Any suggetions?

What are the dates of the definitions that you have?

Any errors in the event viewer?

Which is your source server for SEPM ,internal liveupdate server or public live update server?
If it internal liveupdate server which is the version of it?

Go to control panel >> Symantec Liveupdate and do the below listed changes and then run LUALL this would give us the exact error message.
