I'm running the following report in SEPM:

    Report Type: Computer Status
Select a report: Symantec Endpoint Protection Product

I want to find clients that are on an older version of SEP and upgrade them. This report is good except it does not show individual machines, only what product version and how many machines have that version.

Is there a way to show the machine name instead of just the overall number of machines?

    Greetings,

    I would suggest the following:

    -Click Monitors on the left
    -Click Logs at the top
-Set the log type to Computer Status
    -Select the time range
    -Click View Log

This should show what you are looking for.

I would suggest doing a time frame for a week, maybe the past month.  Then export to a csv and sort by client version.

    another solution would be:

    -Click Monitors on the left
    -Click Logs at the top
-Set the log type to Computer Status
-Select the Product Versions you want
    -Click View Log

Granted you will have to do this for every version.

We have SEP 11.0.5 installed on a Windows 2008 x64  Server.
All clients are version 11.04 and 11.05 in 13 SEP  Domains
Scheduled scans are running on the clients and they are checking in and receiving signature file updates.
The scan  logs on the clients show that the scans have run successfully.
There is no data being collected by the server for logs or reports.
If a scan is initiated from the management console it shows in the server logs as started with no other statistics and never shows completed even when the client logs show all statistics.

    Thanks for the help,

    Warren
