SEPM server is not communicating with LUA

  • 1.  SEPM server is not communicating with LUA

    Hi Everyone

    We have a LUA server to distribute updates to SEPM servers

    It was working well and suddenly stopped responding few days back.

    Technical support team found that port 7070 is not listening and need to be corrected.

    All server's are connected through WAN link and don't have any firewall for internal communications.

    Telnet and webpasge is not opening from any SEPM server's and client machines

    While doing netstat SEPM server showing SYN_SENT to LUA but connection is not established.

    Where it would be blocked and where the settings to be corrected.

    Can anyone help regarding this.

    Have you tried restarting LUA?

    do you see  LUA Apache Tomcat service in services.msc?

    You don't have windows firewall active on there do you?
