    Dear SIr,

    Currently, we are using Symantec Endpoint version 12.1.4023, but unfortunately we can't use anymore with Windows 10 so then we decided to upgrade Symantec Endpoint to latest version compatible with Windows 10. 

    My questions are :

    - Which recommended version can get our approach ?

    - Is upgrade recommended version require renewal license ?

    Go with SEP 14 MP1. Instructions are here:

    Upgrade or migrate to Endpoint Protection 14

     

    No, it does not require a license renewal. Your 14 license is good and you're entitled to all version upgrades.
