Hi, could someone please help me with logging into the SEPM Console V12.1.  I think I have the correct password, but I cannot login to the SEPM Console.  I get the, "The administrator's user name or password is incorrect".   Unfortunately, we upgraded to V12.1, so there is no 'resetpass.bat' file to click on to reset it.  Also I cannot select the 'Forgot your password?' link since this was not setup.

    Thanks,

    Carl

resetpass.bat is no longer available in 12.1 RU1 MP1 and higher. Please see this article

Thank you _Brian, but unfortunately, I cannot do the HOWTO55059 since there is no email account associated to the user name when I try to set a temporary password.

I guess I'm SOL and will need to call tech support...

I will post the answer if I can find out what it is...

    Cheers,

    Carl

For password reset you can open the console

    click on forgot passwor

add user name then select temprory password

password will be email which mention on creation.

    second way is batchfile

For resetpass.bat you need to contact with symantec support

find the artcle which has created by Mithun for more brief

I believe resetpass.bat can be used even though it was removed. Support will need to work with you on this though.
