Endpoint Protection

I've been getting reports from users that use our SEPM web console stating that the have sparatic issues with fields being locked and not allowing them to copy the contents. Has anyone experienced this and can point me in the right direction to resolve this issue? I know the obvious work around would be to use the desktop client however I would like to see about an actual resolution for those users who prefer the web client. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

What is the exact version of SEPM and how many users are in at one time? Did this just start?

We're on SEPM 14.0.2415.0200 I'm not 100% cerain of the number of users in at one time as some use the desktop client and others use the web client. As for when it started I'm not sure of the exact date as it was before I started but it's believed to have started when SEP 14 was deployed. Let me know if any other information is needed. 

Is the entire Web Console locked up or just the certain fields they are trying to copy from?

As far as I've been told it is just certain fields when trying to copy or paste and it seems to be fairly inconsistent. Specific examples I've been given would be pasting into the value field when searching for machines and copying from the Serial Number field.

I haven't seen this issue reported to Symantec.  What browser is typically being used?  Does using a different browser help the issue? What are admins doing to resolve the issue when it happens?  Logging off and back on?

We just installed Version 12 of EndPoint Protection for Small Business. When copying and pasting the Serial Number from the email it claims that the Serial No. is invalid. The program still seems to work OK.

Right clicking to copy/paste has never worked for me. I always use CTL-C and CTL-V. Once the field is highlighted, that works everytime.
