    Posted Jan 26, 2010 04:19 PM

I'm using SEP(M) 11.0.5002.333. I'm aware of the virus def 12/31/2009 issue, and had been doing updates by downloading the .jdb file and placing it in the directory C:\program files\symantec\symantec endpoint protection\data\inbox\content\incoming\. If I watch the directory, I can see the data file being decompiled(?). Up until about 2 weeks ago, all worked good, and the updates propagated to the clients without further action, and I could verify the updates by the incrementing of the r(version). About 2 weeks ago, this stopped working the updates stopped incrementing at r129. I could see the update decompiling in the directory mentioned above, none of the clients were updated, even the local client on the server hosting SEPM. I could select Update Content for individual clients, or for entire groups without success. I could select Scan, and successfully execute a scan on the client computer, individually or as a group. If it helps any my network is about 100 clients and is standalone, It cannot connect to the internet. Please Help!
