  • 1.  SERT where is it available?

    I am a consultant and have clients now purchasing Symc Protection Suite Small Business Edition 3.0. I do not see the recovery tool in their downlaod options. I also have other clients that have maintained support and are on various releases of 11.0. How can I get the tool to use with their systems?

    As of now its available for SEP 11 Enterprise Edition. I will check for SEP 12 SBE and get back to you. In the meanwhile check if you this option which is highlighted below under SEP 12
