  • 1.  Server could not process the request

    Four new computers are not able to connect to the Symantec Manager. Connection status shows "Server could not precess the request."

    Have tried.

    -Replace Syslink

    -New install of agent with new kit (old removed prior)

    Recent change was to insall the Feburary update to the newer version 12.1.4.  Prior computers are still talking with the server.

    SEPM is on server non server OS?

    This looks no good. 03/10 14:44:39.422 [5828] <SendRegistrationRequest:>SMS return=500 03/10 14:44:39.422 [5828] <ParseHTTPStatusCode:>500=>500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR 03/10 14:44:39.422 [5828] <SendRegistrationRequest:>Content Lenght => 538 03/10 14:44:39.422 [5828] HTTP returns status code=500

    For resasons unknown the issue resolved itself after a few server restarts and chaing the debug level on one computer.  All are reporting now.
