I have a Ghost Solution Suite server v3.x installed on a windows 2012R2 virtual machine. I have rules to open the following firewall ports (gathered from multiple troubleshooting documents):

      UDP  67-69, 402, 1345-1347, 1758-1759, 4011, 6666, 7777
      TCP  402-403,139,445,405-407,415,505,3829,4949-4952

With the "local" firewall enabled, I am unable to "push" the automotion partition installation to clients. If I disable the firewall, the "push" works.

Could someone please let me know what other ports need to be open?

    Thanks

    Slicej,

The required ports for GSS are below

    TCP

    402,403

    UDP

    37,49,53,67,68,69,137,138,1345,1346,1347,4011,5001,5002,6666,7777

Once the ports are opened make sure to navigate to Tools->Options-Global and set the client/server file transfer port to 403 (tcp port opened above). This should allow everything to be working properly.

I added them "inbound" to the server and it still fails. Do they need to be "outbound" also?

    Thanks!

    Slicej,

You need those ports inbound and outbound, make sure to set the client transfer port as mentioned above.
