  • 1.  Service Desk 7.1 translation

    Hi,

    I'm translating Service Desk to portuguese, because there are several words in english.

    I would like to translate some things at Service Desk console, for example in Knowledgebase webpart:

    I need to translate Recent Articles to "Artigos Recentes", Popular Aticles to "Artigos Populares", etc...

    In Documents:

     

     

    Other massage, thats appear in several forms (label):

    I need to translate "There are errors on the page:" to "Há erros nessa página". Others words, I translated via SD.IncidentManagement and any other workflows or by Service Desk Console .

    I think to translate these pages (webpart, popups),  there is some aspx, but I didnt found...

    Any ideia?

    The Recent Articles/Popular Articles strings look to be hardcoded. I've fixed these in out latest code base.

    Hi Reecardo,

    We are using Service Desk 7.1 with SP2, however not translation the Recent Articles/Popular Articles words in the especific webpart, following:

     

     

     

     

     

    What version are you used? Because it's the new version and not possible to translate it.

    I'm looking at 7.1 SP2 as well. What I'm basically saying is that for those 2 strings (Recent Articles and Popular Articles in the treeview), there's no way of translating it yourself, short of contacting support and requesting a rollup fix. I'm looking for those other strings as well.
