Hallo,
We want to start with the Discussions functionality in Service Desk 7.1.
But we have a constraint. By default the administrator (moderator) can’t delete any posts made by users.
If you try to delete a post of another user you get the error message: “You can only delete your posts"
As a moderator you want to have the possibility to remove unwanted posts.
Is there a possibility to change this default behavior?
