Is ServiceDesk 7.1 SP2 supported for SQL Server 2008 R2 SP3?

    We would like to upgrade our SQL Servers to 2008 R2 SP3, but we need to know if ServiceDesk 7.1 SP2 is supported for this database platform.

    It can be difficult to find platform support for older versions of a product, so usually it's good to check if the very latest versions of the products support a specific OS or SQL server version you are looking for. If they don't, them older versions will not either.

    For SMP 7.5 it's here and for SD 7.5 it's here.

    Both of them do not mention support for SQL 2008 R2 SP3, so you can consider this to be not officially supported at this time.
