    Any one having document and videos no below features of Service Desk 7.5 or 7.1

    1) Active directory password reset

    2) Folder access on Network share 

    3) Forgot password

    4) Change and Problem management template

    There is a Reset PW and a Request Access to Share workflow located at the following location on install: <install>/Designer/Examples (among other packages). These should be present in 7.5 as well as versions of 7.1.
