  • 1.  ServiceDesk 7.6 Technician Dashboard Report Sizing

    I've attached a .gif of a feature a customer is confused about in ServiceDesk 7.6, and is wondering if anyone else has noticed it before, and if so, if anyone has repaired the feature.

    Because I was screensharing at the time, the window has taken a fun orange hue.  That's not the feature I'm talking about, it's the odd column-sizing entanglement between the different web part reports.

    I've just started test 7.6 and I see the same thing. I have no solution for it.

    Thanks for confirming, Dave.  When/if i find a fix/workaround, I'll post it so you'll also have the info.

    This issue has been fixed in Workflow build 7.6.4383.494.
