    Hi Marilou

The main processes of ITIL v3 can be found in both versions of Symantec ServiceDesk.

The Symantec ServiceDesk It is ITIL-based and includes all of the primary ITIL Service Management processes. These processes include Incident Management, Problem Management, Change
    Management, and Knowledge Management."

Here you can find all documentation 7.5 https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/servicedesk-documentation

Here you can find all documentation 7.6 https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/symantec-servicedesk-76-documentation

    Regards,

    Hi André,

Thanks for your answer.. Any idea if they have included ITIL 2011 on 7.5 and 7.6? or it will be included on future release?

    Thank you,

    Malou

    Marilou,

In 2011, ITIL has undergone some changes and this is applied to the ITIL v3 version which has its main processes applied in Symantec ServiceDesk 7.5 and 7.6.

Note these ITIL v3 processes are even present in older versions too.

    Regards,

What is the PinkElephant ITIL score for the latest version of Service Desk?  I've only been able to find the score for older versions.

Since the original ITIL certification & score was provided no additional ITIL verification has been performed against ServiceDesk.
