ServiceDesk not sending mail

    I have come across a problem with Service Desk 7 MR2

    When I log an incident using the Basic Incident form on behalf of another user.  The user I have logged the incident on behalf of does not receive the notification of the incident which has been logged for him / her.  However if I do this on the techician form it the user receives this mail.  Is there anyone with the same problem. or with some sort of solution?
