    Hello,

My team and I are new to servicedesk and are trying to find some documentation regarding initial setup of the product.  I have atteneded a couple of classes but not pertaining to initial setup.  We just finished installing servicedesk and need help with initial configuration.  We are just trying to set up basic trouble ticket operation right now but are not sure what has to be configured to do so.  If anyone knows where I may find documentation on this which may describe how to do this that would be excellent, thank you.  We are using ServiceDesk 7.0, I have attached the error we are receiving when trying to submit a trouble ticket.

It looks like profile properties didn't get added during the post-install wizard step, for whatever reason.

Isn't there a way to rerun the post install wizard, or can I configure this property in the software?

Unsure if this is available in 7.0, but theres an option right now in the latest SD installer that lets you only run pieces of the post-install you want to run (in this case, I'd just run the piece to deliver the profile definitions)

If this option isn't available, you might have to open up PostInstallWizard's package and write some semblance of a flow to do this yourself. I'd contact support to help with this either way.

Thanks for your help, I was just informed that we are just going to go to 7.1 now, since we haven't gotten anywhere with 7.0 then it will just be a clean install.  I really appreciate your help.
